We typically process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days across India.
How do I determine my correct size?
Every product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it against our chart to ensure the perfect fit.
What is Kuro Clothing's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. A nominal COD convenience fee may apply at checkout.
How should I care for my Kuro garments?
To maintain the quality of our fabrics, we recommend machine washing in cold water with similar colors and air drying. Specific care instructions are also printed on the internal wash care labels.
